‍This campaign celebrates 20 years of Ipswich City Mechanical serving Ipswich and surrounding suburbs. Customers who book eligible services during 2026 receive automatic entries into monthly prize draws, plus one major final draw in December 2026.

Monthly giveaways run from February 2026 to December 2026.
One final major giveaway is drawn in December 2026.

A winner is drawn every month. Every eligible entry also carries over into the final December draw.

Entry is automatic.

To enter:
• Book a service or repair at Ipswich City Mechanical
• Spend more than $100 in one transaction

Each qualifying visit enters you into:
• That month’s giveaway
• The final December 2026 giveaway

No entry forms.
No social media tagging.
No additional steps.

Key customer rules‍

• Each qualifying service or repair equals one entry
• Multiple qualifying visits equal multiple entries
• Entries apply automatically
• Winners are drawn at random
• Winners are contacted directly
• Winners are announced on social media with approval

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Ipswich City Mechanical, located in Ipswich, Queensland, Australia.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to:

• Australian residents aged 18 years or over
• Customers who receive a service or repair exceeding $100 (AUD) in one transaction during the giveaway period
  

Employees of Ipswich City Mechanical and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Method

• Customers automatically receive one (1) entry for each qualifying service or repair over $100
• Entries are recorded based on completed invoices
• There is no entry fee beyond the cost of the service or repair
  
  

4. Giveaway Period

• Monthly giveaways run from 1 February 2026 to 31 December 2026
• Each month’s giveaway closes at 11:59pm on the last day of that month
• The final major giveaway will be drawn in December 2026
  
  

5. Prizes

• Monthly prizes will be announced prior to each draw
• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash
• Ipswich City Mechanical reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required
  
  

6. Draw & Winner Notification

• Winners will be drawn at random from eligible entries
• Monthly winners will be drawn within 7 days of the end of each month
• Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of service
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a redraw may occur
  
  

‍7. Final December Giveaway

• Every eligible entry from February–December 2026 will be included
• Monthly winners remain eligible for the final draw unless stated otherwise
• The final winner will be announced in December 2026

8. Privacy

Customer information is collected for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Ipswich City Mechanical’s privacy obligations. Details will not be shared with third parties.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their first name, suburb, and image for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested.

10. General

Ipswich City Mechanical reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries
• Disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions
• Amend or cancel the giveaway if required due to unforeseen circumstances
