What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting the workshop floor, overseeing job flow and quality control
• Carrying out advanced diagnostics and repairs (including hybrids & EVs)
• Mentoring apprentices and techs, helping them grow
• Assisting with job scoping and repair planning alongside service advisors
• Bringing ideas to improve systems, efficiency, and customer outcomes

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualified Automotive Technician (min. 5 years post-apprenticeship experience)
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a wide range of vehicles
• Leadership or mentoring experience in a workshop setting
• Confidence with scan tools and interpreting technical data
• Organised, calm, and efficient under pressure
• A clear communicator with customers, teammates, and management
• Current manual driver’s licence and own tools
• Understanding of AASRA principles (or willingness to learn)
